In this artwork John Afflick has portrayed Alexandre Chantron's depiction of Danae, the Argive princess of ancient Greek mythology being seduced by Zeus while he was transformed into a shower of gold. Afflick has updated the mythological story by replacing the gold coins with that of Bitcoin tokens.
